One Activity A Day

Hi Everyone, 
 
Good consulting starts with curiosity and conversations and so does good business development. I appreciated the time we spent together this morning talking about how we can help our clients and grow our business at the same time. We have so many talented and capable people within Tahzoo and when we work as a team, we have a breadth of knowledge that is unmatched in our industry. We know Customer Experience, Content, and Content Management systems better than all of our competitors. There is a reason that some of the best companies in the world hire Tahzoo. Our ideas, our insights, and our opinions are not a derivative of idle contemplation, they are based on the hard work and experience we’ve developed over the last ten years. 
 
But it’s not good enough to be the best, people need to know about us. What the company needs is each of you to reach out to current and former clients and start some conversations. To do that you’ll need some conversations started. Like I said on the call today, here are some ideas to get the ball rolling: 
  

  1. Check-in with your clients and ask them what their working on 
  2. What challenges are they facing in their organizations because of COVID-19 
  3. Write a blog post 
  4. Connect with an old client on LinkedIn 
  5. Send a whitepaper

I am sure you’ll come up with more ideas. Just one activity a day designed to start a conversation about how we can help a client with a problem is all that I ask. In the time of COVID-19, let’s be expansive, let’s be abundant, let’s be engaged. Now is the time to reach out, and like Zig Ziglar said, “We’ll get what we want, by helping other people get what they want.” Our clients want solutions, they want insights and they want ideas, and we’re the right team of people to lead them forward. 
 
I’ll finish this DOB the way I finished our call today. Activity breeds results. I need each of you to do at least one thing every day to get a conversation started.
