The next three months will be determinative for Tahzoo. We have a strong team and a healthy pipeline. However, we need to continue to improve the quality of our work and growth within our existing accounts. A couple of weeks ago in the DOB, I asked each one of you to do one thing every day to start conversations with our clients. How are you doing with this? Does anyone want to share a story with me or the company about how your efforts have generated an opportunity for Tahzoo? On our Monday call, we will share our progress towards getting 15 new people full-time billable.
Our current customers are the lifeblood of our business. During the time of COVID-19, we need to be vigilant and determined to only deliver the best of what Tahzoo has to offer. We have some exciting new technology in our Semantic Web Company partnership that we will bring to bear over the coming months. Their product PoolParty could be a game-changer for us as we consider and implement better ways of providing personalized experiences. If you haven’t had time to read up on PoolParty, I strongly encourage you to take the time to learn about the product and consider how this could impact your consulting.
Our core value proposition is predicated on helping our clients deliver personalized experiences that drive business value. At a mission level, it’s implementing systems that make millions of people a little happier every day. It’s a good time for us to revisit our organizational structure, our systems, and our deliverables to ensure that we are in complete alignment in our mission and value proposition. Erik is driving operational changes that will streamline our work and create efficiencies so that we can be more focused on our clients. There is a good book called “Who Moved My Cheese,” it’s a quick read and I’d encourage each of you to read or re-read it as we work to align Tahzoo towards our core mission and set ourselves up to take advantage of the remainder of 2020 and all of 2021.
I’ll be conducting a Town Hall meeting in the next couple of weeks to discuss our vision, alignment and organizational structure necessary to achieve our goals in 2021. I am looking forward to speaking with you, answering questions, and discussing how we transition Tahzoo into a software enable services business.
Let’s go be great!
